03 / COMMON PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS
Before You Send
the Enquiry.
Clarify the starting point so your request reaches the right people with the right information.
Can you manufacture to our drawings?
Yes. Customer drawing-based fabrication is accepted. Send the available drawings, member schedule and specifications so the actual package can be reviewed.
What if our information is still at tender stage?
Share the information available and mark it as preliminary. Identify the design decisions and quantities that still need confirmation, so the quotation basis can be stated clearly.
Which drawing software do you use?
Our drawing coordination uses Tekla Structures and CAD. Tell us the file format and software version when sharing models or drawing files.
Are there standard size or treatment limits?
Component dimensions, material requirements and surface treatments are reviewed for the actual order. Include the member sizes and finish specification in your RFQ rather than relying on a generic maximum-size list.
Can we visit the factory or appoint an inspector?
Yes. Customer visits and third-party inspections are welcome by arrangement. Share the proposed scope and dates through the factory visit enquiry ↗.
How should we submit large drawing files?
Email the files to [email protected] or provide a document link in the enquiry form. Include the project name, drawing revision and any access instructions needed to open the link.
